Cableco executives are hailing CableFinder as a key on-ramp for MSPs to sell connectivity services. The CableFinder tool provides serviceability information for multiple cable companies on a single platform. Partners can input an address, find options for coax and fiber, load pricing and promotion options, and generate a contract for customers to sign. As a result, agents can speed up and simplify the sales process.

Ziply Fiber rolled out expansion plans on Friday, April 30. The date marked the company’s one-year anniversary. The expansion will focus mostly on smaller and rural towns, bringing gig-speed fiber internet service to 22 markets across Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana this calendar year.

Zoom Video Stock: Will History Repeat?

In my latest Forbes article, I revisited Zoom Video and where it might be headed in the foreseeable future. As I’ve stated last August, Zoom’s hardware-as-a-service products allows companies to replace legacy systems by consolidating software and hardware for one consistent experience. ServiceNow made headlines last year when they chose Zoom Phone to replace their business phone lines by stating, “Going forward, with the addition of Zoom Phone, we’re getting a head start on an even more robust experience with Zoom — one-touch communication and collaboration features, plus Zoom-connected conference rooms.”
