TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This AppSmart promotion may not be used in conjunction with, or in addition to, any other promotions or SPIFFs. The minimum contract term is 36 months, with a SPIFF cap of $100,000. The program runs from January 1, 2020 to March 3, 2020 with all registered deals within that timeline and closed by December 31st, 2020 to be eligible for the SPIFF. Eligibility for this SPIFF requires active engagement towards a successful close.

This promotion is based upon standard pricing and any pricing concessions could result in an ICB payout. This incentive involves the sale of SaaS solutions that are billed by AppSmart. The minimum MRR eligible to receive this 1X MRR SPIFF is $5,000 with a 36-month contract. 3rd-party services and licensing do apply to the eligibility of the promotion. Base rolls do not apply to the eligibility of this promotion.Payout to the sales partner will be made after the first month’s bill and the customer’s first payment.

AppSmart has the right to recapture 100% of the SPIFF amount if for any reason the account is terminated prior to 24 months or the account does not make 24 consecutive full payments of their monthly MRR billings.
