What’s new with our One-stop-Shop Platform

Experience 360 adds several valuable enhancements to our One-stop-shop platform, which includes our Marketplace, self-service tools, and AppSmart Office. Using the platform, you can continue to automate and scale your business operations to streamline your quote to cash process.

  • Insights DashboardsUsing our new Insights Dashboards you can easily visualize and understand sales and user trends for Commissions, Sales, and Company Activity. Individual dashboard views include the My Company Usage Dashboard, a Commission Dashboard, and a Software Sales Dashboard. The Software Sales Dashboard allows advisors to view total subscriptions sold by your company’s advisors per month, monthly recurring revenue from net new sales, and the number of pending subscriptions.
  • Enhancements to Selling Productivity Apps—Within the platform, we've also made investments to improve the purchase experience for Microsoft and Google with comprehensive bundled support. New Microsoft NCE SKUs were added for the most efficient buying experience for Microsoft apps, plus built-in technical support for all Microsoft and Google new customers. You can also expect comprehensive support for customers with existing Microsoft accounts when moving those accounts to AppSmart.

What’s new with Lifecycle Support

Advisors will experience additional value around our Lifecycle Support that will continue to drive efficiencies throughout each interaction with current customers or prospects. This includes support across the entire customer lifecycle, including strategic sales, marketing, and support services. Advisors also have access to in-depth resources to support and accelerate pre-sales and post-sales processes.

  • Account Management Support as a Service—AppSmart will support end users and customers on your behalf as a newly available advisor service.
